We’ve been long-time landlords in Portland, OR, for over 16 years and pride ourselves in creating comfortable homes for people to rent and make a home. We go the extra mile, and our rentals are up, in tip-top shape. We always add extra touches to make improvements from a new light fixture, to fresh blinds that make a house a little extra cozier. 

About Shona Lepis, Founder Cedar & Porch Investments LLC

Owned locally by Shona Lepis. Shona owned a design and creative agency with her husband for over 20 years before transitioning to real estate full time. She lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, Michael, and two school-age young kids, “Cookie,” a sweet golden retriever, and tuxedo cat.

Shona enjoys cooking, spending time with family, collecting plants, and working out. On a typical weekend, you might find her at our local farmers market, checking out a yard sale, or building a lego set. 

Shona is active in her children’s school PTA as the communications director. Shona believes in being part of the community and providing beautiful, affordable housing.
